As our valued customer, you are assigned a dedicated Project Manager who is in charge of taking care of you and your project: The PM will meet with you to find out more about your specific requirements; set up an agreed upon schedule and make sure it is met by all those involved; locate the most suitable translator(s) for your job based on the language, subject matter and their experience; consult with the Engineering Dept. as to which software tools should be used; assign a Language Lead and make sure that all translators receive your approved glossary, style guide and reference material; make sure that translated files are edited by QT`s professional

editors; the PM will also make sure that edited files are properly engineered and/or undergo DTP; and finally – deliver the final product back to you.
In short – be it a short certificate or a large-scale, multilingual localization project – our localization project management process will make sure that your project goes through the full QT workflow so that you receive cost-effective, high-quality results and fast turnaround.
