We start out by analyzing the original files and determining the required processes. In more complex projects we also meet with the client`s technical staff in order to fully understand the requirements and obtain as much information as possible, so as to avoid any pitfalls during the actual work. After fully understanding both the product and your needs, we choose the best software tool for the job, one that would ensure the best consistency and efficiency and maximum cost savings.

But our job doesn`t end there. We accompany the entire translation and editing process, providing technical support to the translators, editors and project managers. Once the files are edited we perform several post-translation processes to ensure that the translation is complete and correctly formatted. We also participate in the QA process, providing ongoing guidance and assistance to the QA staff. Our involvement in all localization stages – be it in large or small-scale projects – allows us to gain a strong insight into the entire process, as well as the ability to share the latest trends and solutions with all team members. The localization industry is constantly changing to support new formats requested by the clients and to enable the translators themselves to benefit from more efficient tools.
